This promotion is not valid for product licenses purchased through the Autodesk Employee Purchase Program.

**The Autodesk Q2 financing promotion, offering 2.5% financing for 24 month and 3.5% financing for 36 month terms is valid from May 7, 2013 through July 25, 2013, or until $8 million in funding is allocated (whichever occurs first), as determined by Autodesk. This promotion is valid in the 50 United States and Canada only; is subject to certain restrictions; is subject to approval by one of the identified financing partners and to customer’s acceptance of and compliance with the financing partner’s terms and conditions; is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
