Can you place these properties within the Title Block part? Thus it was show that the properties appear outside the Title Block.

Yes. The properties are just like text inside of the title block. Either way, outside or inside, the added properties will be saved within the title block symbol.

I wonder if you can help me defining the Title Block.
I did design it in the Library symbol editor as a Title Block and I added properties, pictures, simple text and borders.
However, when I place a Title Block in the page it only appears the properties and the first border that I drawed. Why???
Another thing: is there a way to define personal properties that will appear in the Options->Design Template->Title Block? And how can I add the creation date and modifyed date properties?
Finally, how can I update the Title Block in the schematic page in order to automatically appears the page numbers, date and other changes?
Thank you for your time

First, without seeing the actual titleblock symbol it is hard to figure out what would cause this. It could be how the boundary was specified and other things. I would recommend sending the titleblock symbol to support and they will be able to help figure out the issue.
Secondly, you cannot modify the design template properties that are provided. You could do a custom TCL code with a input box that would write your specific values for custom properties. Another way is to globally edit the Titleblock properties under the Edit Object properties at the design level and edit the property for all pages.
Finally, you can reference "Setting up the Design Template" in the OrCAD Capture Help that will show all hard coded Titleblock properties. You can add the properties as symbol properties along with what is displayed or not.
Please check with your EMA or Cadence Tech Support for more help!

You can remove the equal sign by doing the following:
1. Select the property and right mouse button "Edit Properties"
2. Select "Value Only". This will remove the property and equal sign.
