Through Hole Calculator for Transistors and other radial “can” devices
  • The pad stack calculator is used to calculate a variance for the center pad stacks. Using the interactive anchor and move, pins are moved relative to the anchor either as DX, DY offsets, or as a function of the arc sweep
  • Ability to define pin 1 start angle
  • Option to display polarity key and define angle of orientation
Land Pattern Definition with Pad Stack Variances
  • Redesign of the Padstack calculator
  • Using the Pad Stack Calculator, variant pad stacks are generated with very specific customization. Including:
    • rounding and chamfer corners
    • paste and solder mask over sizing or reductions
    • specific cut out areas of the pad stacks
  • Variances or differences from the generated original padstack are maintained allowing for re-entrant modifications to the master package view while maintaining the individual variances for the specific modifications
Usability Enhancements
  • Zoom functions added to the mouse scroll wheel
  • Design elements can now be selected by dragging a window over those objects
