Celebrating OrCAD 17.2: Can you Spot the Difference Contest

As we mentioned in our previous post, Cadence announced new capabilities for OrCAD with its release of 17.2. Among the newer features of this release is the design compare function, which helps users quickly identify what changes are made between design revisions.


Users can separate variations that affect design logic and connectivity vs. cosmetic/graphical modifications. A design difference report, including graphical viewing, can then be exported into a HTML file, which can be used by both OrCAD and non-OrCAD users.

In celebration of the new OrCAD Capture design compare feature in the 17.2 release, we decided to launch a “Spot the Difference” Contest. One lucky winner will receive a Raspberry Pi 3 Board and a 16GB, 10class with NOOBs.
